Sometimes to help developers with finding the origin of a problem, you may be asked to report error messages reported by the app. To do so, you'll have to open the developer console.

Right-click somewhere and hit inspect
In the now-open developer tools, click on the "Console" tab
Now with this open, refresh the page and try your deposit/withdrawal again. Do you see any red messages? If so, please screenshot them and send them to a team member.
